Workshop Requirements and Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 5 participants is required for the workshop to take place. If this minimum is not met, the workshop will be canceled, and full refunds for the workshop fee will be issued to registered participants.
If a participant cancels their registration before March 5, 2025 - the workshop fee will be fully refunded.
If a participant cancels their registration between March 5 and June 1, 2025 - 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2025, unless the workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
Refunds for hotels, flights, or other non-workshop-related expenses are the participant's responsibility.
Travel and Visa Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visa for entry into Armenia. Participants must confirm visa requirements with their nearest Embassy or Consulate. All visa-related arrangements and fees are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Additionally, participants are responsible for covering costs for:
Air or land travel to and from Yerevan, Armenia.
Ground transportation during the workshop.
Food, beverages, accommodations, fixers/translators, and any other incidental expenses. The fixer/translator fee is set at €50 per day.
These costs are not included in the workshop fee and must be paid directly to the relevant service providers.
Workshop Terms, Conditions, and Liability
Neither Anush Babajanyan, nor any assistants, managers, organizers, support staff, or other workshop participants are liable for any death, injury, or accident involving participants during the workshop in Armenia, including travel to and from the workshop venue.
Anush Babajanyan, her team, and other participants are not responsible for:
Arrests or legal issues involving participants.
Damage to or loss of equipment.
Acts of robbery, kidnapping, or other criminal activities.
Loss of personal belongings or damage to others' property.
Negligence by participants or third parties.
Pre-existing or unforeseen health issues, including illness, injury, or death.
Anush Babajanyan and her associates are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by war, conflict, demonstrations, terrorism, social unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Recommendations and Legal Compliance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance from a reputable provider to cover any unforeseen costs or emergencies.
All participants must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Armenia throughout their stay.
